THE HISTORY

Business Credit Services Inc. was founded by David Gass in 1999 as BIZavings Inc. The first product produced by the company was the book, "Building Business Credit for Business Owners." After self-publishing the book, the company continued writing for other companies as a ghost writer, creating several books on the subjects of "Incorporating," "Corporate Benefits By State," "Asset Protection," and "Protecting Your Business Assets."

After a year of writing and publishing material for small business owners, the company shifted the focus to providing consulting services to small based businesses. The first service developed was the "Business Credit Builder"", originally called "Fast Track Credit Builder." Since then, they have worked with over 7,000 small business owners in planning for the future success of their companies.

In June of 2001, Business Credit Services Inc. became the official name of the company, and in 2002 the company moved into a new office building, occupying 6,100 square feet in Las Vegas, Nevada. Since moving, Business Credit Services" Inc. has added numerous services to include professional business plans, corporate software and an unsecured loan program to meet the needs of entrepreneurs across the country.

In 2005, the founder of Business Credit Services joined forces with Chris Yates, the online marketing guru, who helped build Business Credit Services to a multi-million dollar company with online marketing programs. Together, they formed Business Marketing Services Inc. to meet the demand of the current clients of Business Credit Services and to reach out to the small business market by providing affordable marketing, graphic design and printing programs all under one roof.
