Scott Fritz is an Entrepreneur, Business Owner and Angel Investor. In March of 2008 he purchased the premier business coaching franchise in the country, The Growth Coach. The Growth Coach is in perfect alignment with Scott's personal "focus philosophy" of Enjoy life, Make money & Do deals (in that order). Scott is currently expanding his franchise, and its reach, through a strategic alliance with Business Credit Services, the leading small business credit firm in the U.S. with over 10,000 clients representing all fifty states.

Mr. Fritz founded his previous company, Human Capital, in 1997. Human Capital is a Professional Employer Organization providing small to medium sized businesses with employer administration services. Through persistent passion and focus, Scott grew his company into a nationwide player with 2007 annual revenues of 170 million dollars. This hyper growth landed Human Capital and its affiliate division on the INC. 500 list in 2003 and 2004 with growth rates in excess of 1,000 percent. Servicing 350 client companies and 5,000 employees in over 40 states, Human Capital was sold to a nationwide staffing firm in December of 2007.

As an active Angel investor, Mr. Fritz is currently involved with multiple ventures including: land development, printing, China imports, and business services. His involvement with these companies ranges from passive investor to advisory board member to paid consultant. Scott enjoys sharing his experiences in growing companies, coaching budding entrepreneurs, and developing strategic plans for each of his endeavors. One of his recent investments sold for 70 million dollars within three years of his initial funding, equaling well over a 300 percent return.

Mr. Fritz resides in Las Vegas, and is the Past President of the local Entrepreneur's Organization (EO) Chapter. He is currently the 2007-2008 Chapter Development Committee Chair, overseeing the Global development of over 120 EO Chapters representing more than 6,500 members and 38 countries. Scott is also an EO Certified Strategy Summit Facilitator and Accelerator Facilitator. This role enables him to coach the "leaders of leaders" by improving their focus, alignment and momentum for EO Chapter Boards and Accelerator programs throughout the United States and Canada.

Scott's personal interests include: spending time with his wife and two girls, traveling, politics, automobiles, art and an occasional game of golf.
